Syed Farooq

Managing Partner & Founder

Syed Farooq is a dynamic leader with more than eighteen years experience providing strategic guidance on IT implementations and digital transformations to clients and organizations, including managing projects through all phases of the delivery life cycle. His background in management consulting includes “Big 5” consulting experience in CRM, Salesforce, Lead to Cash, Service Request Management System process design, Business Process Engineering, and Change Management process design across dozens of industries. He is a PMI Project Management Professional and AIIM Certified Information Professional.

Charles Beretz

Managing Partner & CTO

Charles Beretz’s technical expertise and deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets and industries makes him a trusted advisor to clients. He is an innovative and driven executive leader with a two-decade track record of developing relationships with C-level decision makers, seizing control of critical problem areas, and delivering on customer commitments. Chuck holds five Salesforce certifications and joins Cloudforia from a Salesforce Platinum partner, which he helped grow from two persons to an acquisition by a major IT services company. Previously he has worked for Salesforce.com and IBM.

Rob Wright

Managing Partner & Chief Solutions Officer

Rob Wright has over two decades of management consulting and technology integration experience with a proven track record of driving business value for C-level executives and their teams. Prior to joining Cloudforia, Rob provided cost optimization, process improvement, business advisory and IT strategy services at companies like McKinsey & Company, PwC, Forsythe Solutions Group, and Citihub. With more than a decade of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including launching and leading a region for a Salesforce Platinum partner, Rob has a relentless focus on his client’s business outcomes and their overall organizational success.

Rob’s passion for people drives his involvement in his local community. He serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board for Cru Inner City in New York that focuses on poverty alleviation in the city. He has also partnered with Cru nationally to extend the reach of programs that reduce the level of food insecurity in under-served families in urban areas.

Christine Stewart

Vice President / Principal Advisor

Christine Stewart’s career as a trusted consultant spans over two decades with a focus on business transformation and optimization. Prior to Cloudforia, Christine was a Global PMO Director in the BPO space as well as for a Platinum Salesforce Implementation partner. Christine’s passion for people and process drives client engagement as well as a high level of trust and client advocacy which establishes a collaborative, transformational framework that results in meaningful outcomes for the clients she serves.

Celia Heywood

Vice President / Principal Advisor

Celia Heywood has more than 15 years of sales and marketing operations consulting and solutioning experience. She has a proven track record of driving business value. Her experience includes leading global Salesforce rollouts with deep focus on vendor, consultant and executive stakeholder management. Additionally, she has expertise in project management, change management, user adoption and building effective teams. Prior to joining Cloudforia, Celia provided process improvement services at a Platinum Salesforce Implementation partner, Bank of America, and First Data. Celia is an active mentor who enjoys helping women build their careers and confidence.

Rick Kiertzner

Vice President / Principal Advisor

In Rick’s 21 year career, he has been fortunate to work across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, engineering, banking, consumer goods, construction, manufacturing, health and life sciences, and of course, the technology space. From these experiences, he has gained an aptitude for understanding the inner workings of a myriad of business processes and has established highly effective solutions to the various problems they each have faced. He is inquisitive and seeking solutions to complex problems by nature, driven by being able to help change and innovate the way business is currently being done.

He partners his passion for improving business processes and system implementation with the power of the Salesforce platform to achieve highly effective, streamlined, and profitable results for all of our clients.
